• Resume, if you choose to upload one
• Payment amount you choose to pay for a session (our pricing is "pay what feels right")
• Audio recordings of your answers if you use the Interview Simulator feature
• Communications you send us (calls, emails, feedback after a session)

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Basic usage data (pages visited, browser type, device type) via standard web analytics
• Cookies or similar technologies used to keep the site functioning and to understand aggregate usage

1.3 Information about our Experts

For panelists offering mock interviews, we display publicly: name, current role, company, years of experience, and links to their LinkedIn/X profiles, as provided or approved by the expert.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Match you with an appropriate expert for your mock interview
• Contact you by phone or email to confirm your session and collect payment
• Send you your interview meeting link
• Follow up for feedback after your session
• Operate and improve the Interview Simulator, including storing your recorded answers so you can play them back
• Improve our Service and understand how candidates use it
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Audio Recordings

If you use the Interview Simulator, your spoken answers are recorded in your browser and may be stored on our servers so you can review them. We do not use these recordings for any purpose other than providing the simulator feature to you, unless you separately consent (for example, sharing a testimonial).

We may share your information with:

• Our experts, so they can conduct your requested interview
• Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing, email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations

Session payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers; these are handled directly by our payment processor.
