Frequently asked questions
Can't find what you're looking for? Send us a message above.
You submit a request with your target role and companies. Our team calls to confirm details and schedule a slot. You then have a live, 45-minute 1:1 mock interview with an expert who's actually worked at companies like the ones you're targeting, followed by written, actionable feedback.
We run on a pay-what-you-can model — you decide what a session is worth to you, based on what you can afford and the value you get from it. There's no fixed price tag. Our team will share the suggested range when they call to confirm your request, but the final amount is genuinely up to you.
Yes — this is our on-demand track, built specifically for last-minute prep. Seats depend on expert availability, so request as early as you can.
No, it's optional. Uploading one helps your expert tailor questions to your background, but you can still request and complete an interview without it.
Let us know on your post-interview feedback call. We'll look into what happened and make it right — whether that's a follow-up session or another resolution.
If you're currently working at a product-based tech company and want to conduct mock interviews, select "Becoming an expert" in the form above and our team will reach out.
As little as 2-3 sessions a month, fully flexible around your schedule — there's no minimum commitment, and you can pause anytime.
